Welcome to VentureVault. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. VentureVault provides premium import and cross-border logistics services connecting customers in Ghana with verified suppliers worldwide.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register a customer account with complete, accurate information. You are solely responsible for protecting your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Authentication is secured via secure phone OTP codes.

3. Preorder & Readily Available Products

Preorder items are sourced directly from factories and have estimated shipping/delivery durations of 14-30 business days. Ready-stock items are already cleared and physically located at our pickup hubs in Ghana, ready for quick dispatch within 2-5 days.

4. Special Requests & Sourcing

When submitting a special request, you provide accurate product specification details, parameters, links, or photos. Our team will source the matching item from verified manufacturers and offer a container shipping quote valid for 7 days.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in Ghanaian Cedis (₵). Payments can be completed via mobile money, card systems, bank transfers, or secure inline payments. Custom clearance taxes are included in our standard checkout figures.

6. Shipping & Container Clearance

VentureVault manages all oceanic shipping, customs compliance, and port clearance from origin countries into Ghana. Delivery timelines are estimates and not binding guarantees. Once custom clearance is done, customers receive alerts for pickup or local courier delivery.
